    I thought it was interesting as a travel log and showcase of cities of the world but not very informative from a business standpoint. FedEx helps small businesses but it didn't really go in depth on how we help.

    Great video and such. BUT with all this talk of connectivity, why can't FedEx Office locations, where I ship my packages, look up my account number?

    If I do not have my account number with me, FedEx has NO WAY of looking up my account number by my name, company name, address, telephone number or attached credit card.

    I wish they had invested money in fixing this very simple tech issue vs. sending Raj around the world. For the money, they could fix this very annoying issue.

    Great video, but let's fix the simple issues.
